Domestic Market Service Network

Our main responsibility is to ensure the flawless operation of every machine delivered with the awareness that it starts after sales. After-sales customer satisfaction is made by our teams with on-site visits 1 month later. Machine performance is evaluated and customer satisfaction is measured.

First service intervention is carried out within a maximum of 2 working days with 6 Domestic Special Service Centers and Mobile Service Teams authorized in Turkey. Service is provided with 96% customer satisfaction.

International Market Service Network

There are 9 different service points in Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Algeria, Netherlands, Israel, Italy, Colombia and Russia. Service operations of our products have been facilitated with the Spare Parts Catalog, Maintenance User Manual, Assembly Instruction and Test Procedures.
